Sam is a dedicated CIPD qualified HR Manager bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 24 years of expertise in human resources and has spent the last 14 years specifically in the education sector.

Overseeing the operational HR function across our multi-academy of schools, Sam works closely with our leadership teams, principals, teaching and support staff providing HR advice and guidance to ensure the consistent application of our HR Policies and Procedures.

Passionate about education and people development, Sam is committed to fostering a workplace culture that supports both staff and students in achieving their full potential.
