Our Strategic Plan

Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi-Academy Company is a family of 17 schools, with a collective vision of working as one to be a centre of excellence in all that we do.

Each of our schools benefits from the expertise across our multi-academy company from the sharing of best practice to the practical services that are provided centrally.

We are committed to providing opportunities that will create new ways of working as people from across different schools with unique skills and a wide range of experiences come together to provide the highest quality of education for every child and young person we serve.

Our plans for the next three years seek to take what we have learnt from the extraordinary world-wide events of 2020/21 and use this to be even more creative and innovative in how we ensure the very best teaching and learning across our schools. Our aspiration remains that what is seen today as pockets of best practice will in future come to be known as common practice.
