How we support local excellence

At Our Lady of the Magnificat, our schools are divided into two regions, ensuring that every student benefits from personalised leadership and dedicated support.

East Region
Led by Jane McNally, the East Region is home to 12 schools. Jane’s leadership is grounded in a commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and ensuring that every child thrives. With a deep understanding of local needs, Jane works closely with school leaders to ensure students are inspired and supported to reach their full potential.

West Region
Guided by Nicola Damms, the West Region encompasses 7 schools. Nicola brings a wealth of experience to her role, focusing on fostering an inclusive learning environment, where students feel valued and empowered to succeed. Nicola collaborates with our schools to continually raise standards and provide outstanding education.

By splitting our schools into these two regions, we ensure that each one receives tailored support and focused leadership, creating the best possible environment for students and staff alike.
