Assistant Director of School Improvement - Primary

Within the Magnificat Multi-Academy Trust School Improvement Team, Jane's role as Assistant Director for Primary is multifaceted and pivotal in fostering the continual enhancement of educational standards across our family of schools. 

She has worked in the education sector for 28 years, of which over a decade of that time has been as a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher.  As Assistant Director, one of her primary responsibilities is to work with school leaders to understand the unique challenges and opportunities present in each of their respective settings; fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, ultimately driving positive outcomes for our pupils and the local parishes and communities that we serve.
