Louise is a qualified and accomplished C.F.P.O. with a proven history of leading organisations through change management. A strategic and collaborative leader who is enthusiastic about improving culture whilst managing limited resources.

Louise's main role since the start of Our Lady of the Magnificat has been to manage the financial sustainability of a growing multi-academy company including staffing. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management accountants Louise works with our finance and HR teams to ensure our finance information is accurate and timely and that our HR processes are efficient and supportive.

Previous careers have included television and engineering. This varied career path prior to education has resulted in Louise's ability to think differently when required .
