St Gregory’s was recently graded as ‘outstanding’, following their recent Catholic School Inspection.
“It is a privilege to be the Headteacher of St. Gregory's and I am very proud to share the outstanding outcome of our recent Catholic Schools’ Inspection. At St. Gregory’s, we are a team: we support one another, with Christ at the centre of all that we do, ensuring that nobody is left behind. Every young person is valued as a unique member of God's family, and it was pleasing to see how this was celebrated throughout our inspection report.”
-Katie Wilkes, Headteacher
St Gregory's Catholic Primary school achieved the grade of outstanding, after the inspection that took place on the 11th and 12th October 2023. Staff, pupils, and parents are all very delighted by this outcome and St Gregory’s continues to strive towards success and excellence.
We are feeling incredibly proud of the school's achievement. The children are exemplary role models and have been recognised as going above and beyond to live out their mission: to love, learn and grow with Jesus. The inspection report evidences how our school grow closer to God through prayerful reflections and creative opportunities to pray; how we come to know Jesus and His teaching through Religious Education, and how we come to know and live out our mission, as stewards of St. Gregory.
