In February, Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School in Alcester took centre stage as a ‘Star School’ on BBC Radio's CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton!
This exciting opportunity saw four pupils representing the school, as they shared their favourite things about Our Lady’s and the experiences they enjoy as pupils. The school was celebrated for its lively atmosphere which shines brightly as a result of the bonds that are formed within the community.
Our Lady’s welcomed Dan Sambell to interview the children and they raved about the best parts of being a pupil at Our Lady’s, throughout a series of different episodes. They also had the opportunity to give a ‘Staff Spotlight’ where they nominated Mrs. Hastie for her nurturing and positive approach to being a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant.
The children did an excellent job at representing Our Lady’s and we are all so proud of them!
